Free UK tracked delivery on orders £20 & over

All UK orders over £20 can be be shipped for free with Royal Mail 48 delivery. All UK orders over £30 can be shipped for free with Royal Mail 24 delivery. 

What are the other delivery options? 

We deliver to all UK addresses via either Royal Mail’s 24hr or 48hr Service – including Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses. For a premium Royal Mail’s Special Delivery (£7.50). can be selected. For orders below the free shipping threshold then Royal Mail 24 can be purchased for £3.50 while Royal Mail 48 can be purchased for £2.50.

 

Do you deliver locally?

We offer free local delivery in the DT3, DT4 and DT5 area. We are out for delivery on Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week. When you add your shipping address post code at the checkout if you enter your holiday address then the option for free local delivery will come up. We even deliver to Weymouth Marina and Portland Marina if you are moored there too!

When will I receive my order?

We offer standard shipping across the UK through Royal Mail and the estimated delivery time is usually within 2-3 business days of the order. Your coffee will be roasted within 7 days of purchase and will have typically been rested prior to shipment.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Currently, we don't deliver to countries outside of the UK.

Will the box fit through my letterbox?

For all coffee subscriptions where each drop is either one or two x 250g bags of coffee we use bags and boxes designed to fit through most letterboxes. But you can also specify a safe place for Royal Mail to leave it when you order just in case it doesn’t fit. For all other orders, our boxes won’t fit through letter boxes so it is recommended to specify a safe place for Royal Mail to leave the package if you are out.

What is your returns policy?
