Bought this and the burning cliff to try, both are excellent coffees but definitely prefer this one, lots of lovely flavours and no bitterness. It being hand delivered is also a lovely touch, will definitely be buying again

COFFEE STORY - LA BENDICION

La Bendicion is a farm based in San Andrés, Lempira dedicated to producing high-quality coffee. Organic farming practices are integral to the farm’s approach, including the use of fertilizers made from coffee pulp and organic nutrient solutions. The coffee plants are grown under shade from a canopy of trees which promotes biodiversity and enhances bean quality.

COFFEE STORY - POCOS DE CALDAS

Pocos de Caldas is produced by a co-operative called Bourbon Speciality Coffees. All coffees are from farms surrounding Pocos de Caldas where the city sits inside the caldera of any extinct super volcano. The rich soil and altitude of the region make it a perfect environment to produce speciality coffee.
