Returns and refunds

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Just email us at info@fountainrockcoffee.co.uk. Please return the items unopened and in their original condition within 14 days of telling us. You’ll need to pay the cost of sending them back. Once we receive them, we’ll refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days to your original payment method.

For food hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of coffee once a bag has been opened or its seal broken.

Damaged, faulty or not right? Contact us within 30 days of delivery, with a photo if possible. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we’ll cover any return postage.
