Tasting Notes

DARK CHOCOLATE / CHERRY / ALMOND

As the coffee crop harvests change, so do the components of our Chesil Deep Seasonal Blend. This darker roast coffee blend still retains flavours from the farm to give a rich coffee with notes of dark chocolate, cherry and almond. A great everyday coffee!

Chesil Deep

We tried your coffee when we were on holiday recently and throughly enjoyed it, we did nip round to your unit so we could take some home with us but unfortunately you were closed so we ordered on line and took delivery just as we got home. We really enjoy the Chesil Deep blend, in fact we are using our cafeteria which hasn't been taken out of the cupboard in years. So thank you Fountain Rock for your lovely coffee ☕️

Chesil Deep - Submerge in Coffee Heaven

Fountain Rock will not disappoint- I cant wait to try more blends. I have tried Burning Cliff- much like a fine wine, so many different layers of flavour, simply delicious! My favourite so far is Chesil Deep (love the name) just such a smooth yet flavourful coffee! I must say - I am a total convert! I will not be buying or settling for mainstream rubbish consumed by unsuspecting fools...A local coffee is definitely the best you can get!!! And hand delivered too, such a treat! Don't delay - try today

Smooth

This local roast grinds nicely and has produced some fantastic brews from my recent experience with a new Mokka Pot .

Excellent

Bought this and the burning cliff to try, both are excellent coffees but definitely prefer this one, lots of lovely flavours and no bitterness. It being hand delivered is also a lovely touch, will definitely be buying again

Nice tasting but very little crema

I've tried grinding for different periods but I still can't get a reasonable crema not an issue I've had with other coffees using the same machine. The coffee itself tastes great and being local appeals too.
