COFFEE STORY - SANTA MARIA

The Santa Maria #1 coffees are from farms located in the Santa Maria subregion in Huila. Sitting at 1750 masl, the farms that contributed cherries to this lot are La Maria, Bache, and Buenos Aires. Cherries are hand-picked and then floated in a tank. Coffees are then washed before fermentation for 12-30 hours and patio drying.

COFFEE STORY - LUZIA COLLECTIVE

Luzia Collective has been created by a group of female producers, each contributing to this blend with their cherries. The collective of producers are members of the Cooxupé Cooperative. They receive support in their pursuit of producing top-quality coffees through engaging activities like lectures, workshops and courses.
