As the coffee crop harvests change, so do the components of our Chesil Deep Seasonal Blend. This darker roast coffee blend, still retains flavours from the farm to give a rich coffee with notes of dark chocolate, cherry and almond. A great everyday coffee!

The current components are:

  • 30 % from Los Nubes farm located in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador.
  • 70 % from Castanhas farm located in the south of Minas region of Brazil.

COFFEE STORY - FINCA LOS NUBES

Finca Los Nubes is owned by Fernando Gutiérrez. The farm name means ‘Farm of the Clouds’ in English. The coffees are planted in the rich volcanic soil of the land. In the harvest, Fernando ensures that the coffee cherries are picked at their ripest moment. The coffee is then floated, screened before being taken to raised beds to dry for up to 25 days.

COFFEE STORY - FINCA CASTANHAS

Finca Castanhas is produced by a co-operative called Cocatrel from the Carmo De Cachoeira area. All coffees are electronically tagged given full traceability. Castanhas translates as ‘nuts’ in English as the coffee is selected for its sweet and creamy almond profile.
