An organic, washed process mix of Pache and caturra varieties produced by Maria Esmilda Espinoza in the Jaén province of northern Peru. Structured orange notes from the backbone of the cup with sweet stonefruit, florals and tropical layers lying underneath. Great clarity and mouth wateringly juicy!
