A natural process mix of Sigarar Utang and Andung Sari varieties farmed by Tumiro and Erna Manis on the northern slopes of Mount Kerinci on Sumatra. This coffee has a rich mouthfeel, combining caramel sweetness with deep notes of strawberry and cola.

Coffee Story - Manis #7

This is a special year! It marks the first harvest where coffee have been able to be separated from different farms at the local processing station. For this lot #7, the coffee cherries were harvested by Tumiro and Erna Manis at their farm Giri Mulyo.

Farming in the shadows of Mount Kerinici

Giri Mulyo is located in amongst a number of tea farmers on the north side of Mount Kerinici. The farm lies close to the trail starting point for climbers looking to ascend the mountain.
