A natural process mix of Red Catuai & Bourbon varieties produced by Jose Antonio Salaverria. The farms surrounding the old mill El Molino are located in the shadows of the highest volcano in El Salvador. The volcano is the source of the rich volcanic soils that is known for producing great coffees. Well balanced, sweet, with tasting notes of blackcurrant and milk chocolate laced with a silky mouthfeel throughout. A great everyday coffee!
